1.) How long does it take to process my order thru Chuggler.com? Average time 1-8 days, as long as the mug(s) you ordered are in stock. Shipments arrive weekly. Plus we are super busy and trying to keep up. So be patient. Thanks!!

2.) When do you close?  Shipments are shipped out M-F until 5:00p.m. central time. We are closed on the weekends and Holidays.

3.) Can I order in Bulk?  Yes, On the buy in bulk page there are 6, 12 and 24 packs at a discounted rate.

4.) Can we have the mug customized?  Yes, as long as you have an image to print. There will be an additional charge coming from our printer manufacture. Email info@chuggler.com with any questions.

5.) Can we get the mug next day air?  Yes you can, but will be an additional charge contact info@chuggler.com for a price.

6.) Can we add a gift card or birthday card with the order?    Yes, check out the cards section. Cards Section

7.) How far should the hose go up on the bottom? Your hose should be around 3/4-1" on the bottom plug. Remember to store your mug with your hose (straight) and detached from the top cork. This keeps your hose like new and keeps out the "crimps". Check out the products page for replacement hoses.

8.) Know your ship to address. If you have address correction please email cs@chuggler.com for changes as soon as possible!

9.) How long is normal delivery time? Once it is in the shipped phase (i.e. you get a receipt that it has shipped via PayPal with a tracking number) it will take 2-3 days average by USPS, 1-7 days if shipped via UPS depending on your location. Bulk orders (i.e. 12 mugs and up) are shipped via UPS. We cannot control your shipment once it leaves our office.

10.) If you are needing the mug(s), say as a special event. Please contact us as soon as you order and email us at cs@chuggler.com with the date needed by and we will try to get it to you as soon as possible.

11.) Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. BE PATIENT! everyone wants a Chuggler! 

12.) If you contact us via phone and no one answers, leave a message. We will call you right back.
