Yes you can! Goto the stores section and fill out the vendor information request form. A NEW student program is being setup that will allow students to get/raise extra money.
Only 1 student per school will be choosen. 

A new page called "Students on Campus" will be made where your name will be listed at your school. This will allow you extra sales since they will know who is selling a mug at there school.
